Finding a Girl for Maks via Match.com

    Of course my first blog will be about +Maksim Chmerkovskiy, duh!!!  He is the one and only ‘Sex On A Stick’ and we all know it.  Now that he is single again, (It seems he broke up with Peta (or vise versa) a few weeks ago, although I think they may get together for V day. We will see.), I thought it would be fun to try and find him a girl on +Match.com.  This is only for fun and I am not going to try and hook anyone up.    

   I narrowed my search to women living in or near NYC since that is Maks home base.  They had to be single, physically fit, want kids, liberal or middle of the road politically, 5’4” to 5’ 10” and between the ages of 26 and 35.  Let me know who your favorite is and who you think I should eliminate first.  Lets have some fun!!!!

1) Miss Cutie Patootie

I love my life in New York and have a great group of friends and an amazing family. I'm finally at the point in my career that I am excited about and fulfilled by what I am doing; finding that has been a journey and a challenge that has taken up a lot of my focus the past few years. Now I really look forward to finding someone with whom I can develop a happy and satisfying relationship, one of these days, or someday. I have tons of interests and am always pursuing new ones.

Things I'm looking for in a "match" -Besides the obvious basics (intelligence, confidence, charisma, kindness), a great sense of humor is key. A nice mix of dry wit, sarcasm, goofiness and self deprecation seem to do the trick. In turn, I need to be able to make you laugh (because I'm convinced I'm funny). There's nothing more fun than eliciting a genuine laugh from someone that I like- not a "that's funny" but a real belly laugh. I'm smiling just thinking about it. On the more serious side, you should be someone who is intellectually curious, emotionally available, and sensitive while still being masculine. I want you to be able to teach me new things and I'd like to do the same for you.

A few things you should know about me - and hopefully would find charming if we're compatible: I'm not the type of girl who primps to go to the gym or get on an airplane (I tend to regard such girls with a mix of confusion and admiration). Sure, I do love to get dressed up and go out with friends or to an event, but if you find me out and about on a normal day, I'm more likely to be sans makeup sporting a ponytail and sundress...Also, despite being pretty athletic, in my daily life, I'm ridiculously clumsy and frequently display random bruises to prove it (I think I get caught up in my thoughts and fail to pay attention to what I'm doing). Case in point, my apartment has a staircase in it and when I threw a housewarming party after moving in, not fewer than 10 of my friends commented about the likelihood of me falling down the stairs (Check). What else? Oh, I tend to get obsessed with a particular song or album and will listen to it on repeat with what may accurately be construed as compulsiveness. Lucky for you, I usually don't subject others to my soundtrack. I think that should do it for now - I know most people are only checking out the pics anyway so my writing genius is wasted.

I'm originally from Jersey and moved to NYC for acting school. Now I'm a book publicist. I love working with funny, smart, creative people and really like my job. Favorite things outside of work include seeing theater and film, traveling, writing, reading, entertaining friends, and thinking about how delicious cheese is. After living in New York for ten years, the streets of Manhattan still inspire me more than any other place I've ever been.

I'm a contradiction of sorts. I love intelligent conversation and stupid jokes...wine bars and dive bars...classic literature and Modern Family...live music and history museums.

I am originally from South Florida, but currently live in the city and love it! Whenever I go back to visit my family, I find myself walking five times faster than everyone else. My friends and family always describe me as a very giving person who is there for my friends and goes out of my way to help and make them happy. I enjoy going to concerts, dining out, spending time with friends, traveling, and anything spontaneous. I am pretty willing to try anything once.

I am looking for someone who is open, honest, and enjoys life. Someone I can have fun with whether we are going out for a night on the town or staying in to watch a movie.
